Real-time email verification on every form. Stops undeliverable, disposable and mistyped addresses before they reach your list.

== Description ==

Verifyre checks each email address a visitor types, live, by talking to the address's own mail server. The plugin adds two layers of protection:

* **Live hints** under every email field (a green tick for a good address, "Did you mean name@gmail.com?" for typos, and a clear warning for addresses that cannot receive mail), powered by the Verifyre widget.
* **Server-side validation** that rejects undeliverable addresses when a form is submitted, so the check cannot be bypassed by disabling JavaScript.

Supported forms:

* Contact Form 7
* WPForms
* Gravity Forms
* Elementor Pro forms
* WooCommerce checkout and account registration
* WordPress user registration

Verdicts are cached for 24 hours, so a visitor correcting a form never costs a second credit, and every check fails open: if Verifyre cannot be reached, the form still submits.

You need a Verifyre account (100 free verifications, no card) and an API key from https://verifyre.co/app/api.

== Installation ==

1. Upload the plugin zip from Plugins, then Add New, then Upload Plugin, and activate it.
2. Open Settings, then Verifyre, and paste your API key.
3. Choose which forms to protect and whether undeliverable addresses should be blocked.
4. Save. The settings screen confirms the connection and shows your credit balance.

== Frequently Asked Questions ==

= Does it cost a credit for every form view? =

No. A credit is only spent when a complete address is checked, and each address is checked once per 24 hours.

= What happens if Verifyre is down? =

Nothing changes for your visitors. A network error, an exhausted balance or a rate limit all fail open and the form submits normally.

= Can I use my own error message? =

Yes, on the settings screen. Developers can also use the `verifyre_block_message` filter or call `verifyre_verify( $email )` directly.

= Is the API key exposed on the page? =

The live-hint widget needs the key in the page, so create a key just for this site and revoke it from your Verifyre account if the site is ever compromised. You can switch the widget off and keep only server-side validation if you prefer.
