A custom per-address rate from two million addresses a month, or for one-off cleans above a million. Bulk, API and widget checks all count towards it.

Invoicing

Monthly or annual invoices in USD, EUR or AED on net 30 terms. Purchase orders accepted. Bank transfer or card.

Data processing addendum

A signed DPA under GDPR Article 28 with the sub-processor list, retention terms and deletion commitments. UK and Swiss addenda available.

99.9% uptime SLA

Monthly availability for the API and dashboard with service credits, a status page and an incident history you can audit.

Dedicated support

A named contact, a shared channel (Slack or email) and a response target of four business hours for anything that blocks a send.

Where does volume pricing start?
From about two million addresses a month, or a one-off clean above the largest public pack (one million credits). Below that the public packs are already the best rate; above it we quote a per-address rate on the volume and the shape of the work (bulk, API, widget).
Can we pay by invoice?
Yes. Enterprise agreements are invoiced in USD, EUR or AED on net 30 terms, by bank transfer or card. Public packs of 100,000 credits and above can also be invoiced on request.
Is there a data processing addendum?
Yes. The DPA covers Verifyre's role as a processor, the sub-processor list (hosting in Finland, Cloudflare where enabled, Stripe for payments), retention and deletion, and the GDPR Article 28 terms. It is signed alongside the order form.
What does the SLA cover?
99.9% monthly availability for the API and the dashboard, measured on our side, with service credits when we miss it. The status page and incident history are shared with every enterprise customer.
Can you run on-premises or in our region?
Verifyre runs on its own servers in Europe. We do not offer on-premises installs; data residency questions are answered in the DPA, and a dedicated instance in a chosen region can be discussed for very large volumes.
