How big a list can I upload?
Up to 500,000 rows per file by default, and there is no limit on the number of files. Enterprise accounts can raise the per-file limit; most customers simply split a larger export.
What happens to duplicates and malformed rows?
They are removed before the job starts and are never charged. Deduplication is provider-aware, so dots and plus tags on Gmail addresses are treated as the same mailbox.
Can I cancel a running job?
Yes. Cancel at any point and every address that was not yet checked is refunded to your balance immediately. Results for the checked addresses stay available.
What should I do with the risky segment?
Risky addresses might deliver: catch-all domains, full mailboxes, role accounts. A common approach is to send to risky addresses that have engaged recently and suppress the rest, or to re-check greylisted ones after a few hours.
Is my list stored?
Only for as long as you keep the job. Delete it and every address is removed immediately. Lists are never shared or used to build any dataset, and integration credentials are encrypted at rest.
